Let's have a drumroll for our Show Up For Yourself winner
Seven days of showing up for yourself deserve celebration, and today I’m delighted to announce our Show Up for Yourself challenge winner: @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom! 💜 You’ve won a one-hour 1:1 accountability coaching call with me, where we’ll focus on what you want to move forward with and help you take your next steps. What stood out to me was your dedication to show up for yourself, take part every day by posting in the community and to take part in the lives when you could. It takes commitment to make space for your own goals when there are other things asking for your attention. Each time you follow through, you give yourself evidence that you can count on yourself. Thank you to everyone who took part, shared your progress and supported each other throughout the week. Take a moment today to notice what you followed through on and what helped you do it. That is something you can carry into the week ahead. @Damaris Vazquez @Jo C @Diane Cleeton @Helen Green @Betsy Moll @Lexi Cruz Congratulations, Sharon. I’m looking forward to our call! 💜 Look out for the Body Doubling (Co-working) event and the next INTENSE challenge. Dee 💜🙏

Thank you to @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom and @Jo C for coming along today. Who has shown up for themselves today? Today I took it a little easier, had a lovely bath and washed my hair. It takes a bit of time to do my hair lol. I usually need a good hour and a half to put aside each week, which I feel is so worth it. I got fed up with having long, dark, curly hair where no one ever commented when I had been to the hairdresser. I decided I needed something that I felt wow about; along came the purple and then the length. So I find spending that time on my hair is so worth it, where I can look at it and smile and then receive so many lovely comments on my hair too. I did get my DMs sent to everyone in CCC and also did quite a bit of outreach today. Followed up with everyone I had to and attended a Summit tech check, which was great, as I learned a few things about Skool Webinar. Thank you, @Susan Goodman . What have you done today?

It was lovely to chat to you both. I'm appreciating the week challenge. Tomorrow I'm making a big batch of courgette soup with courgettes I grew in my garden. I'm also going to listen to the first part of Your Wish is Your Command whilst painting the ladders and under carriage storage for the miniature skool buses. Then I'm going to take steps to learn how to create a business as a trust.

@Dee Shepherd I make quite a few different types of healthy cakes. I took homemade carrot cake with me to the acapella workshop today. I hadn't thought of trying courgette cake. Thanks for the suggestion.

The battery went flat on my phone. I've put my computer on but can't get back into the call.

@Dee Shepherd That must be why I can't access it. When I clicked on the call link it took me to your community about page. When you post the replay I'll type underneath what my plan is for tomorrow.
Day 2 of our 7-day challenge
The call will be live, and recordings are available for 14 days. What are you showing up for today? @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom sent out two invitations for interviews for her Founders Project and engaged in the Sustainability Summit, with homework done for two of her programmes. Well done Sharon 💜 @Jo C, the challenge they set for themselves was to show up more within the communities they are part of and keep a note of the meetings in their calendar. They found it a little more work than they thought. Well done, Jo 💜 @Damaris Vazquez said she would listen to the recording from day 1 as well as send her visualisation email to me, get to the gym, and walk 4 times this week. Damaris reported that she was on track, woo-hoo, well done 💜 I went live, got the posts out and posted a video into the Compelling Communicators group, which I completed. Today I had a self-trust Research call in which I wanted to convert to a self-trust session and I had, I got the post done before the call and will show up for the live call in half an hour. I also set the task of recording my Summit talk; it is slightly over time, so I will redo it this evening and will have it sent away by tomorrow at the latest. The call will be in Skool at https://www.skool.com/live/VM3RrrqSggv. You should be able to join by clicking the LIVE button just above the comment section, or by clicking the link. Dee 💜🙏

Today my task was to start reorganising my office area. I spent 2 hours on this. I also continued my task from yesterday of showing up in Skool communities I'm in. I attended 5 live meetings. The connection in each one was beautiful.
Day 1: Going live in just over an hour 6 pm UK, 8 am PDT, 11am EDT
It's our first 7-day challenge. Are you in? I know I am; I cannot resist a challenge, especially an accountability challenge. What are you holding yourself accountable for? Those who show up and post every day for the 7 days will be in with a chance to win the grand prize. There are 21 of you in this group who all said they wanted to show up for themselves for your very own reasons. Now let's do something toward this today, something you can work on over the 7 days, or it could be 7 separate tasks over the 7 days. As long as you are doing it, showing up for yourself and posting about what you are doing and the result of each day. 🌿 Post your challenge in the challenge post in the commitments section. 🌿 Post your result by 8 pm PDT each day 🌿 If you can show up at 6 pm GMT each evening, fabulous. 🌿 Those who do post each day are in with a chance for the prize Now let's do it.

My challenge for the week is to be more active on Skool and show up to the communities I'm in. Today's task is to write the meetings for the communities on my calendar.

@Dee Shepherd it was great to see you too. Have completed my task now. It took longer than expected.
