Hi guys, I'm having a friendly match later next month and I don't think I can block any of the tall players. What do I need to do to get a higher blocking height.

I'm having a rough time playing against people taller than me as im 5'8 against people who are 5'10 with a high vertical and as an opposite hitter who is supposed to block the outside hitter on the opponent sides, they always hit over my block. When Im attacking, I also get blocked alot and I have a really hard time tipping over the blockers. Any suggestions on how I can jump higher or maybe beat taller players?
