@Mark Struzynski In 3bet pot ip, 100bb deep, we cbet mostly 1/2 pot, 1/3 of the pot and pot Yes you have a FD to the ten, but SPR is so low that you don't need to bet 2/3, in this kind of flops you only bet half or pot, and you use the pot bet when you need protection or polarize your range, in this case you have TP + FD + backdoor straight door, so no need to go for a pot bet, 50% would be ok Take a look at this chart to have an idea what kind of bet to do in different kind of flops (Adapt=adaptation, you can use it some times)
@Mark Struzynski when you are IP you need to have a very polarized range, you cbet strong hands and very bad hands with bloquers or future bloquers, and the medium part of your range you usually check behind on flop, that way you protect your check back range Hope this helps
Besides you can fight more the small pots, a lot or rivals don't fight them and they are just check-folding, so if you see a spot where the hand goes ck ck flop and ck ck turn, just bet the river with half or a third of the pot
