Multiagent Systems
Hi everyone, I'm trying to understand the best way to set up multi-agent systems and would love to hear how you do it. Mainly on structure and orchestration, I'm torn between two models: 1. One main agent that directly controls subagents, so a single layer. 2. One main agent that coordinates several full agents in their own sessions, which in turn have their own subagents, so a nested setup. What do you use in practice, and when is each one better? And how do you handle the orchestration itself (handing off tasks, sharing context, collecting results)? On tooling: do you keep everything in Claude (Claude Code, Agent SDK), or bring in external orchestrators? I often hear n8n, LangGraph, CrewAI and Claude Flow, but I'm not sure what people actually use and for what. Thanks for any tips!
How does Ai serve in your business
Hey yall! I'm feeling a bit lost, so I wanna know how do you incorporate Ai in your businesses, and like how is your target costumer so clear. Thank you!

I started with simple tasks that don't require much skill but take a lot of time. For example, bookkeeping.
How do you productize your Claude workflows?
Hey everyone, For those building agencies or freelancing: How are you packaging your Claude or LLM workflows for clients? What’s your go-to offer that clients actually understand and happily pay for?

Don't lead with the price. Lead with an offer they can't say no to: let me run this on your business for a week, and if it doesn't save you time, you pay nothing. Most clients have barely touched AI. The moment they watch a task that took hours finish in minutes, on their own work, it clicks. They've felt the leverage, and now they want it. That's where the money is. Not the free build, but what comes after. Once it's part of how they work, they won't let it go, so you put them on a monthly plan and keep it running. They keep paying, month after month.
What’s one workflow or automation you can’t live without?
Hey everyone, quick question. What’s one n8n workflow, AI automation, or system you use that you honestly can’t go without anymore? I’m a freelancer. I work on about 9 events each year for a specific company & I get the dates in January. However, they constantly move the dates and tell me at the last minute which is an absolute headache. I’m asking because I’m learning automation and I want to understand what workflows are actually useful in real life, not just cool demos. Appreciate any examples. Trying to learn from people actually using this stuff.

I believe everything that could be done by any idiot and still cots lots of time. For me its mostly specific paperwork and stuff like that
Automate content
I want to automate content for a news resource. Where do you recommend I start? Does anyone know what to look at first? Or are there already ready-made solutions?

@Pan Gan I would just start by creating multiple skills for the steps in your use case and turn them later in an automated workflow
