I Built a FREE OpenClaw (no Mac Mini or API Fees)
Hey Academy, For a more in-depth discussions join the https://www.skool.com/ai-architects I built a fully autonomous AI agent that runs 24/7 on your own computer using completely free local models—no expensive API fees or cloud subscriptions required. In this video, I'll give you a live demo of the new web chat interface, walk you through the one-step install process, and explain the full architecture behind it. You'll see how to set up your agent's heartbeat for scheduled tasks, manage jobs through the swarm control center, and monitor everything with built-in notifications and approval workflows. I'll also break down how Docker, GitHub Actions, and ngrok work together to make this system secure, scalable, and completely transparent. Whether you run it locally or deploy to the cloud, you'll have full control over what your agent does. By the end, you'll have your own free AI agent up and running.

Do you have a Openclaw, Hermes or Popebot workshop in the community that can be accessed here to learn how get started? Thanks.
How to Use Claude Code for FREE
Hey Academy, For support join the AI Architects. The $200 subscriptions and API fees make it hard to get started with AI coding—so I built a solution that runs Claude Code 100% free on your computer using local models. In this video I'll walk you through a live demo of the full setup: free local models through Ollama, budget-friendly alternatives like DeepSeek and MiniMax, and a flexible interface that supports multiple coding agents including Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and OpenAI Codex. You'll see how to switch between chat mode and interactive mode, configure any LLM provider you want, and use the complete development environment with a built-in editor and shell. I'll also walk through the entire installation step by step so you can get up and running today—whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced developer looking to cut costs.

Can I ask if there is a workshop here or if anyone in the community are currently setting up their own Openclaw or Hermes Agent as I would like to set one up locally but unsure how to proceed. Thanks.
The ONLY Way To Make $$$ With AI Apps (nobody talks about this)
Hey Academy, If you want to get the templates and build cool stuff JOIN the AI Architects. Everyone's building AI apps the old way—complex UIs, endless features, months of development. There's a faster path. In this video I'll show you the chat-first approach that real AI companies use to ship profitable apps in hours instead of months. You'll see how to deploy Vercel's open-source chatbot framework, clone it locally, and use Claude Code to add custom tools that connect to external APIs like n8n automations for image generation. I'll walk through the real debugging process when things break—timeout issues, response mismatches, and how to talk through problems with your coding agent to fix them fast. By the end, you'll have a working AI-powered chat app with custom tools that you can extend into any SaaS product you want to build.

Hello, I have watched your video - I Built a FREE OpenClaw (no Mac Mini or API Fees) once more and I would like to know whether there is a workshop I can follow to set up a version of Openclaw or Popebot. Or a community using or setting up Openclaw or Popebots I can join to get set up? Many Thanks.
New AI Agent Builds It's Own AI Content System (and Skills)
Hey Academy! For a more in-depth discussions join the AI Architects. I built an AI agent that replaces n8n, Make, and OpenClaw. You give it a project, it builds the skills it needs, then finishes the job—all on its own. In this video, I walk through the entire process: giving the PopeBot a real project, watching it build an Airtable content system, generate AI images, create Google Docs, and link everything together automatically. You'll see how it creates new skills from scratch, stores credentials securely, and submits changes for your review through GitHub. I also cover the full install process step by step so you can set up your own self-improving AI agent. By the end of this video, you'll have a working system that builds its own tools and runs 24/7.

Hello Everyone, I saw this recent video - 'I Built a FREE OpenClaw (no Mac Mini or API Fees)' and would like to build set this up. Would it be safe to set the Popebot up on my main laptop also, can it run on a Linux (Mint) system or would a VPS system be better? Is there a workshop for this or is it not necessary? WIll I have to subscribe to one of the LLMs at $100 - $200 per month for this to work? Thanks for your comments and guidance.

Hello Everyone, I am in the UK. I am learning Ai and in searching to find the best way to build out Openclaw as an Ai Assistant, I came across the Stephen's video 'I built a free Openclaw (no Mac Mini or API Fees)' and was inspired because it suggested it could be done safely, at minimal cost and with privacy. Is there a workshop within the group to follow Stephen's guideline in building their own Openclaw system for themsleves and assist each other to get set up? This could be a great tool as a motivator for the sometimes lazy, or procrastinator, perfect for me. I would sincerely appreciate your comments and opinions in helping me to achieve this. Many Thanks, Jim.

THank you. Can I ask, is there a workshop in the community for installing Openclaw properly with no mac and no API?
