Moving update
Soooo I have been advised to get a structural survey for the house I like which is extremely expensive. Let’s add it to the list of to-dos shall we? Anyone had one of these bad boys?

That's a full level 3 survey, who advised it, someone who stands to gain from it? I mean, if you want to be really sure then it's the right thing to do of course. Personally I've only ever had the level 1 survey, my buyers went for the same x
