Flat fee collaborations with affiliate creators
Flat fee collaborations are a new payment model in TikTok Shop Affiliate Center that brings sellers and creator matchmaking experience to the next level. Sellers can establish more streamlined & protected partnerships with TikTok Shop creators on top of existing commission-only collaborations. This beta feature is launched in June 2025. With flat fee, sellers have access to: - Hybrid payment power: Attract quality creators by offering a mix of flat fees and commissions. Make your target collaborations stand out! - Creative and calendar control: Refine content with up to three editing rounds and launch creator content exactly when it fuels your campaigns. - Ads authorization, automated: Embed ad authorization directly into your flat fee target collaborations. Skip the back-and-forth and maximize your impact. Note: flat fee collaborations are currently only available in Target Collaborations. How it works Create a flat fee collaboration invite Step 1 - Select flat fee collaborations invite - At TikTok Affiliate center, select the "Target collaboration" tab on the left. - Click "Inivite to collab" tab. - Choose the "Flat fee" model to proceed with flat fee collaborations invite. Step 2 - Fill in & launch flat fee collaborations invite - Fill-in invite information. Promotion period: invite will be valid with a min. 120 days & a max of 365 days. - Turn on/off "needs content review" toggle - Select product & set up samples - Up to 1 product per flat fee collaborations invite. - Auto-approve free samples are offered. - Pick creators & choose payment options - Up to 50 creators per invite.* - Payment options - Flat fee(mandatory): $20 - $10k; - Sales commission (optional): 0-80% - Shop ads commission (optional): 0-80% - Turn ON "Ads authorization" toggle for Shop ads campaign with affiliate videos. Pro tip: To ensure the best matchmaking efficiency, sellers are suggested to offer custom quotes based on creator tiers. For example, top creators: $300 ~ $500+ per video (with Ads authorization), micro creators: $100 per video (with Ads authorization).
