Curious
What prompted other members to visit and sign up? I must admit it was curiosity for me, but nosing around the classroom has raised some questions for me that I've started to explore using some tests at Testlibrary. I've been satisfied with those for what they are (and the cheap $2 admission). If anyone knows a better site I'd like to hear about it.

@Sheila Graves Thank you so much. My hope was to bring clarity, connect the dots, and help others avoid some of the pitfalls I experienced. If someone can understand themselves sooner, with less shame and less suffering, then every difficult experience I went through has served a purpose. :)
Tonight's Group Coaching Session
During this week's session, we began helping Rebecca release her fear of unworthiness using the Rapid Reset Method™ (RRM). Together, we identified the underlying beliefs and protective patterns that had shaped how she viewed herself and started creating new, healthier pathways rooted in self-worth rather than fear. It was a powerful reminder that healing doesn't happen by forcing ourselves to think differently. It happens by understanding the origin of our patterns and gently updating them through awareness and regulation.

Tonight's Group Coaching Session
Excited
I'm so excited for today's Rapid Reset Method™ group session! Everyone can benefit from learning more about themselves, their patterns, and their nervous system. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to be curious. Bring a paper and pencil, and let's learn and grow together. :) I can't wait to see you there!

@Sheila Graves Welcome! I loved reading your introduction. We have quite a bit in common. I'm also passionate about helping people connect the dots between their experiences and how their brain and nervous system work. It's amazing how a later ADHD diagnosis can reframe decades of life with so much more self compassion and understanding. Your comment about being an experiential learner really resonated with me. I often say that our hardest lessons become the wisdom we get to share with others. I also smiled when you mentioned finding a much better partner the second time around. 😊 I'm looking forward to learning from your experiences and seeing your perspective in this community.
