Where can I find the peptide calculator? Just purchase Reta 30mg. I was taking 15mg of tirz. What is a good dose to start reta at?

@Krystal Rodriguez I have this link saved to my home screen. Easy to use! https://heatherwellness.net/peptide-calculator
Reta
If one was taking tirz and wanted to switch to Reta. Where would be a good starting point? They are taking 7.5 tirz.

@Marlena Strieck You always start at the lowest dose. Remember that you don't have to increase dosages based on what is written below IF you're getting appetite suppression and food noise cut. Titration Escalation Protocol: - Weeks 1–4: Begin at a baseline entry dose, typically 0.5 mg to 1 mg once weekly. (Clinical frameworks often use 2 mg as a standard starting point, though highly sensitive models sometimes start at 0.5 mg or 1 mg to gauge initial receptor response). Consider adding in Cagri 3 days apart from Reta if you're having food noise and no appetite suppression during the loading phase. - Weeks 5–8: If well tolerated, escalate to 2-4 mg once weekly. This is where metabolic shifts and appetite suppression become much more pronounced. - Weeks 9–12: Move to 4-6 mg once weekly (introduced in modern Phase 3 structures as a crucial bridge dose to prevent severe side effects). - Weeks 13–16: Transition to the higher therapeutic target of 6-8 mg once weekly. - Weeks 17+ If you're at a higher dose 8-12mg and not feeling it, you might want to switch back to Tirz.

@Krystal Rodriguez I can't tell you that as I'm using Tirz and MazD. If you never been on a GLP before then I'd say they Reta first but be open with the fact that for some, therapeutic dose may not happen until you get to 4-8mg meaning full appetite suppression while others experience right off the bat with the starting dose. For me personally at 2.5 mg starting dose with Tirz it hit me pretty hard.
B12
What is the recommended dosage for B12?

@Jinnifer Baker .5mL 2x a week or 1mL once a week.

@Lisa Rickels you don't want to consistently have extremely high B12 levels, so I wound not go past 8 weeks. Get labs a week after your last injection to see where your B12 is. Are you consistently deficit in B12? Sublingual tablets work just as well as injections do. I had to stop taking mine because mine shot up past the lab range.
Klow 80 mg
I have the Klow 80mg. I would like to mix it and try it. Does anyone have best recommendations for my first poke?

@Kristin Goodman how many mg of each? Bpc KPV Tb500 GHK-Cu Generally you want to base it off of GHK-Cu as that will have the most mg Peptide in the vial compared to the others. So dosing based on GHK-Cu, 1.5 or 2mg 5x a week for 6 weeks or pin everyday for 4 weeks and take at least 4 weeks off before doing again. You can add up to 3mL of BAC in the vial. Use a peptide calculator for blend vials like this one https://heatherwellness.net/blend-calculator

@Kristin Goodman did you see the link I posted above of the peptide calculator in which you would specifically add how many milligrams of each peptide that is in vial to determine your dose.
Not shedding any weight on Tirz
Ive been on Tirz for a year or more. Im on max dose I believe. I buy 60mg vial and mix with 2mL bac water. On a 100 unit syringe I draw 45units which I believe is 15mg?? I cant shed morethan 5lbs in over a year. What am I doing wrong? What should I add or change?

@Krystal Rodriguez you need to make sure you're dialing in on sleep, recovery, exercise (including resistance training), optimizing your sex hormones and thyroid function (absolutely essential you're over 35 years old and are in perimenopause menopause or postmenopause), eating 1g of protein per pound of body goal weight per day staying well hydrated with electrolytes and getting enough fiber daily. Sometimes dropping your dose from 15mg to 12.5mg for four week may move the needle, but not guaranteed. Are you getting full appetite suppression or are you finding that your caloric intake is more than what you should get getting? Maybe you're undereating and with lots of exercise you actually need to readjust your calories. Lastly, if you want 15mg per dose... 60mg vial 2mL BAC It's 50 units on a 100 unit syringe. Make sure that you are using a peptide calculator and not guessing.
