Hi my wonderful people - My grandma has passed suddenly this morning - she has been battling cancer for a long time. I want to be there for the community as best I can during this time so I will hold tomorrows class and then will be flying out to NYC for funeral and to be with family over the weekend. So, Sundays class is cancelled but I think we can keep Tuesday class for the short-week next week. I'll see you all tomorrow for advanced cardio. <3

Hello Superhumans, We’ll, it’s finally happened. A hidden hole in the road of downtown West Palm Beach has taken my ankle during a run today. I tried to do all the things to try to make it better and make it for class, but as the night is progressing - it is continuing to get worse. I will do my best to heal up for Saturday but will keep you posted. I’ve attached some photos. Any advice on expediting healing is appreciated. Love, Paul
