This is a principle we must remember
Too many people want the fruit without tending to the roots. We love the idea of success, growth, and breakthrough—but nothing strong stands without a foundation. Trees that grow tall without deep roots fall when the wind blows. Buildings without a base eventually crack. Lives without grounding crumble under pressure. Growth takes time Foundtion takes patience Strength is built in the unseen. Your preparation season matters. Your discipline matters. Your character matters. The work no one applauds is the work that makes everything else possible. Do not rush the process. Do not compare your planting season to someone else’s harvest. If you want something to last, build it right. Dig deep. Plant firmly. Water consistently. Roots first. Results next.

Why wait?
Mates, You could wait until January 1 and be just like everyone else. Making resolutions. Buying planners. Promising “this year will be different.” Or You could start now. S – Stand on your decision. (Commit fully. Don’t wobble. Decide and declare.) T – Take the first step (Action breaks fear. Movement builds momentum.) A – Align with your values (Your goals should reflect who you are, not what others expect.) R – Repeat the right habits (Success isn’t random. It’s rhythm. Show up daily.) T – Track your progress (What gets measured gets mastered. Own your growth.) Start imperfect. Start unsure. Start without the applause. But START. Momentum doesn’t care what the calendar says.Discipline doesn’t wait for the holidays to pass. And progress? It always favors the early movers. This community wasn’t built for spectators. We’re not waiting for permission, for clarity, or for a new year.We build. We move. We grow. Drop a comment below with one move you're making this week. Not in 2026, not in January but right now.

Hello everyone, I am from Bakersfield and attend BC. My goal is to surround myself with like minded people who are also upsiraling their life. A couple fun thing I love to do is rake phots and arrange events.
A Twist
If everything feels bland lately, don’t overthink it. Your brain just needs new input. Try a new coffee spot, new playlist, new walk route. Tiny changes can spark excitement again.

Dream Team
If you could invite three business leaders past or present to your Thanksgiving or holiday dinner, who would make the guest list and why?

Janice Westbrook- she was my fist boss and manager of the first bank I worked at. She taught me so much. Her motto, "Never do anything until you understand why you are doing it." Intook it on as my motto as well and it has drove every boss since her absolutely mad.
