10 contributions to Corbellic Art Studio
Hi, I'm Katrina
from Atlanta Ga. I’m happy to be here with you all at Corbelic Art Studio. I’ve been an eBay seller for over 20 years and feel blessed that it became a big part of my life. When it comes to drawing, I can only do basic things, but Corbelic’s techniques on YouTube opened my eyes in a whole new way. I’m glad YouTube suggested his videos because now I’m ready to mix what he teaches and start my art journey with more confidence. I’ve always loved art, it just got frustrating when I couldn’t draw what I imagined. But when it comes to abstract, I feel like I can actually do it. I do have a question. I have art paper already, but is it best to use other kinds of paper too or does it not matter? What about using cut up boxes or making my own canvas to paint on? I was reading a few posts before introducing myself, and honestly, most buyers don’t complain about shipping containers. I’ve used recycled boxes plenty of times and even made my own. If the outside doesn’t look great, flip it inside out. UPS used to give free shipping materials too. Looking forward to learning, creating, and growing with everyone.

Hello David, nice to meet you!
Howdy
Howdy y'all. I just recently started really focusing on finding a voice and style with my art. I joined to get some motivation and tips to sell my art online. I've been so tired of playing the followers game on social media, I just want to get my art out into the world.

This is certainly motivational. He got a real good spiritual vibe going and he wants us to incorporate our own style in this freestyle flowing.

I love this piece!
Can not Hang
After I joined this group, I realized that this platform is not for me. I am a textile artist and the medium is somewhat time consuming. Also I am much older than most of you so the will to complete 20 works of art per day is not there. I hope all of you make a lot of money doing what you love.

I love textile. Im 66. It's getting into the vibe for pleasure. Would love to see you get loose with this. Hate to see you go.
I need help to get unfrozen…
I call myself an artist but really I’m just a painter. I’ve tried all mediums and love to create. My problem is coming up with ideas on my own. I watch videos or scour Pinterest and can recreate most everything I see. I get hyped up and get in my studio and freeze up. I can’t make myself start. How do I get past the fear of failure?

I look at lot of magazines, fashion, home decor. Floral, landscape, seascapes. I admire others work. It's infinite. This amire all art styles creates instant inspiration. Also pay attention to color combinations. Choose a combo of color that spark your energy.
