I place a premium on phone-free conversations when making critical, life-changing, or impactful decisions. Sometimes you need someone to hold your hand or give you a hug, and you can't get that personal touch over the phone.

Live within your means. You do not have to have everything today if you cannot afford it.

Trusting myself led me to start my own business, knowing that it was the direction God wanted me to go. While others expressed concerns for different reasons, I stood on the promise that God gives me the ability to create wealth and that His intention toward me is good. God has proven faithful as I have followed his guidance.

My daughter teaches me daily not to get stuck in my head. Sometimes, I have to reteach the lesson being taught to me, but I appreciate her because she teaches me, and that enhances our relationship.
