Yes, exactly! And the only tips I found from other coaches were to „just ignore it“, but no one actually helps you to understand how to ignore it or deal with it at all.
Hey, I have one question. Right now I’m manifesting passing all my exams. I have one tomorrow and I felt very anxious today and I couldn’t get out of that feeling state. How can I get past this anxiety when im manifesting something?

Maybe something on how to deal with doubts and fear in the moment? I tend to feel good about my manifestations and then after a few days I get anxious and doubt my ability to manifest. I’d really love to hear more about the narrator approach, and also how you personally formulate affirmations and do robotic affirming. Do you usually repeat one single sentence over and over, or is it more like an inner dialogue or conversation?
