Hey, I have one question. Right now I’m manifesting passing all my exams. I have one tomorrow and I felt very anxious today and I couldn’t get out of that feeling state. How can I get past this anxiety when im manifesting something?

Maybe something on how to deal with doubts and fear in the moment? I tend to feel good about my manifestations and then after a few days I get anxious and doubt my ability to manifest. I’d like to know a little more about how to deal with these moments so I’m not spiraling OR how to find your limiting beliefs and change them
I’d really love to hear more about the narrator approach, and also how you personally formulate affirmations and do robotic affirming. Do you usually repeat one single sentence over and over, or is it more like an inner dialogue or conversation?
What should we do when the „point of satisfaction“ doesn’t come? I’ve been affirming for almost 1.5 h today and I don’t think I’ve reached it. Maybe it’s the method? But I don’t like any other method I’ve tried 😬

Other methods than visualizing, or Scripting (or tips if visualizing is never quite working and you get bored of scripting fast) and a more detailed video on your narrator perspective would be great! :)
