This challenge definitely opened up my eyes on how to view and change what I needed too in eating healthy. It showed me various ways of health hacks & inspired me on healthy cooking and meal preps. The group also inspired me with their knowledge and different methods of making meals that are intriguing and never tried before. Des made me aware of all the hidden sugars I need to look into that I didn’t know before. I’ve lost 3lbs as well. I want to stay disciplined and keep achieving the goal.
