Hey @Ryan St.george, congratulations on launching the community. I know most people focus on building courses and setting everything up first, but I'm curious What are you currently putting more attention on right now getting your first members through the door or making sure the community is structured properly before you start promoting it? I've spent a lot of time studying what causes new communities to gain momentum versus staying stuck at the beginning, so I'd be interested to hear what your biggest challenge has been so far.

That makes sense @Ryan St.george, and honestly I think you're approaching it the right way. Getting the classrooms set up first gives people something valuable to explore when they join. One thing I've noticed though is that many new communities wait until everything is perfect before thinking about growth, and that can slow momentum down. Since bringing in members is your next goal, have you thought about where your first 10 -20 members will come from once the second classroom is finished?
