Offer: An offer is manifestation of willingness to enter a bargain that justifies the offeree in understating that assent is invited and will conclude the deal. It must show intent to be bound and reasonably definite terms. Herin, Boss Bunny is offering Junior Bunny $100.00 in exchange of him filing in the easter eggs. Therefore a clear offer is met. Acceptance: Acceptance is a clear and unequivocal manifestation of assent to the terms of the offer in the manner invited or required. Only the person with the power of acceptance may accept Herein, it may be assumed that Junior Bunny Accepted the offer by verbally accepting Boss Bunny offer and placing a service fee on it. Therefore, Junior Bunny accepted Boss Bunny’s offer. Consideration: Consideration requires a bargain for exchange of consideration. Herein, it may be assumed that there is a promise for performance. Boss Bunny promises to pay $100 to Junior Bunny for performing the filling in of the egg pile. Therefore, consideration has been met. Modification: Under common law a contract modification requires new consideration.
