We had a good call this Saturday and I shared a AI prompt for (preferably Chat GPT) Where it will act as your coach and help you : 1) Identify your nervous system state 2) help you find the story you are telling yourself 3) find the limiting belief underneath 4 ) help you unpack it 5) rewrite the new story 6 ) identify a small action to embody this new story 7) and help you create a tracker to followup on this action. 8) and off course you can use this multiple times I would love to see how you used it and what you can make out of the same
