Lately I’ve been thinking about resistance.
As a writer and editor, I notice resistance usually shows up right before clarity does. The urge to procrastinate. The urge to over edit. The urge to doubt the idea. But flow starts when we allow imperfect action. Right now I’m focusing on showing up consistently and protecting deep work time. What helps you dissolve resistance when it appears?

You’re absolutely right resistance often shows up right before the breakthrough. I’ve experienced that too. The procrastination, the over editing, the sudden doubt… it’s usually a sign that the work actually matters.
How many finished manuscripts are sitting on your laptop because marketing and publishing feel overwhelming?
Many talented authors have completed manuscripts that never see the light of day not because the writing isn’t good, but because marketing and publishing feel confusing or overwhelming. If that’s you, you’re not alone. Let’s talk about what’s holding you back.
