Expanding Gently
As we build toward the Sagittarius Full Moon, energy naturally expands. - Ideas grow bigger. Feelings get louder. Possibilities multiply. Today’s mindful practice: Expand gently. You do not need to say yes to every opportunity, every invitation, or every exciting idea all at once. Sensitive souls thrive when expansion happens with intention. Ask yourself: What genuinely feels expansive… and what simply feels overwhelming? There’s a difference. You are allowed to grow at a pace your nervous system can sustain.

@Ronda Del Boccio Lately stepping into myself more, not being afraid to as much. Saying the things that I used to hide or be.... that used to feel overwhelming but it has shifted where it feels more overwhelming to be something other than that. The things that overwhelm tend to be things that don't align and I feel them that much more deeply, or quickly. Trusting spirit, the universe and energies more and more everyday.... you know how it is I think, to allow oneself to be carried by the current rather than fighting it. I think that I try to do all the things, so many ideas with good intent to slow down and choose one, finish then move on. That's what I need to practice more of. Letting myself trust there is time for what needs to be done and will make itself known when it needs to be. 💜

Sl let's get sketchy.. no, not like that!
Sketchy has a slang meaning of being something that's of questionable morals. But that's not how we mean Fridays I like to bring a bit of fun to the community. It doesn't really matter what day you see it or whether it's actually Friday for you right now! If you want to have a bit of fun with chat gpt, you can try this prompt and then show us what you have! Here's how to play 1. Go to chatgpt and sign in 2. At a new prompt, upload a fun full body picture of you. 3. Cop the prompt below and put your name in 4. Share what you have in the comments!. PROMPT Please draw the character in the image, (NAME) , in a free and stripped sketch style. On a bright white background, freely distribute full-body drawings, face close-ups, small scribbles, full-body sketches and chibi/deformed versions, so that the page conveys the character's humor and personality. Don't do it like an organized character sheet, but like a sketchbook full of information drawn at will by an illustrator and then stacked. Mine is fun. I hope you have a good time with this.

Poem - "Receiving Love" about Twitch
Those of you who were on Playdates or Zooms or other events probably metTwitch, my tortoiseshell kitty who just passed this week. She was well known for running off with things, messing with stuff, and zoom-bombing us. This poem tells Twitch's story. I tried getting it into a Chicken Soup book. It didn't make that, but it did get into an international literary magazine. Receiving Love by Rev Dr Ronda Del Boccio in eMerge Magazine. Wheezing and starving, with scraggly fur, no one to love and take care of her.Homeless and frightened, hiding from storms, the tiny kit cried out to be safe and warm. At last, when it seemed she was going to die, a kind woman heard her sad, plaintive cry.She warmed the cat up, got her medical care, but her savior had to leave her there. So at the clinic the tortoiseshell stayed. A long recovery, then finally spayed. She’d have stomatitis the rest of her life and need special kibble, easier to bite. One day in Facebook’s What’s On Your Mind? I said, “I want a cat!” a rescue all mine.A reply, “She’s at the vet. They haven’t found a good home for her yet.” One look at her pic—“I must have her with me and my golden guide dog for her family!”Her picture I held in my welcoming heart, then brought her home for a brand-new start. Sweet and playful, yet so full of fear, she wouldn’t allow me to hold her near.At last she had safety, good food and fun toys, but harsh stray life had stolen her joys. At first I could never put Twitch on my lap, an open hand she feared might just slap.Two-handed reaching meant go run and hide. Living for sure, but not truly alive. She loved to bite paper and twitch her long tail, and watch squirrels scurrying on the railShe snuggled Jemma in her soft doggy bed. They became buddies, the best of friends. My mission remained: teach Twitch to receive, open her heart, and learn to believe,To bask in the love I so freely provide, and not just survive, but to honestly thrive.

A beautiful poem, thank you for sharing and the love you have. the cat that I got at a rescue was similar, took her years and years to be able to be affectionate or allow for it. Once that cracked open though it was like a whole different cat came to live with. 💜
