That could be fun to play with. Thank you for sharing the link
Are you recognizable?
I was in another group, and I just realized who someone is that I've been seeing in there for months. The profile picture is so different than their appearance in meetings that I didn't recognize them. When your followers check out another one of your socials or sites, they should quickly recognize you. That lets them know they're in the right place. I'm learning that confused people don't buy. Does that mean using the same profile photo everywhere? Mostly, yes. I use a different photo for my LinkedIn (shoulders up) to look more professional. But I'm still recognizable in that photo if you've seen me or my headshot before. Everywhere else, I use the same headshot. The photo is zoomed in so my face takes up most of the space, which lets people see my expression. While the image is enhanced, it looks enough like me that there's no surprise when I show up on camera. Have you ever been shocked when you clicked to open someone's photo because it was so different from the thumbnail?

I saw Sadie talking about this not that long ago, making sure we look like ourselves and how it can throw people. I've been pretty good about this I think. For a long time I totally just used cats.... and things... cuz, you know. pictures. ick. but I've gotten over it.
Want to write a guide? A mini ebook?
Find your (fashionably late) Freebie Friday gift in the Welcome Chest. The Authorly app allows you to specify your tone and input a ton of your thoughts, so the result is specific to you. This is something many of us have put on the back burner, but wanted to do for a while. I dare you to follow through this week.

fashionably late! I have to remember to use that somewhere sometime when it is applicable. 💜 and a dare.... that's not playing fair.
Identity Through Repetition
Identity strengthens through repetition, not inspiration. Choosing who we're becoming and making consistent decisions based on that identity allowed me to settle into a weekly rhythm. When I created this community, I needed something that reinforced who I was becoming every week. Structure carried my consistency when my motivation fluctuated. How does it feel to log in and already have your visibility structured? What does that change for your nervous system? P.S. - I added 30 IG Story Covers and a video on how to customize them in Canva to the Welcome Chest.

that's awesome thank you!
Unlocking levels
I know.... I know.... not exactly a post that helps the collective but got to level 3 and I did a little, oh hey that's cool moment. It's kind of fun. And as a way of saying thank you @Stephanie Sexton for the work you do, it's appreciated. If you weren't posting or adding things I wouldn't be having a little bit of fun with it.
