The Easiest Ways To Get More Protein Into Your Day 🍗💪
If you’re struggling to hit your protein target, you’re probably overthinking it. Here are some simple and reliable ways to get more protein in without making your day harder. 1. Start Your Day With Protein Most people start their morning with carbs and end up playing catch up later.Try things like: - High protein yogurt - Eggs or egg whites - Protein oats - A quick shake - Cottage cheese with fruit Getting 20–30g in early makes the rest of the day way easier. 2. Add Protein To Every Meal Every meal should have a clear protein source. Some options: - Chicken, beef, turkey - Canned tuna or salmon - Lean mince - Greek yogurt - Beans and lentils Even 100 to 150 grams of meat gives you a solid 25 to 35 grams of protein. 3. Use Quick Protein Boosters These are small additions that bump up your total without much effort: - Extra egg whites - Cottage cheese in wraps - Edamame in stir fries - Chia seeds in smoothies - An extra scoop of protein powder in oats or a drink Small bumps add up fast. 4. Keep High Protein Snacks Around Snacks can save your day when you’re busy. Easy options: - Jerky - Yogurt pouches - Protein bars - Boiled eggs - Cheese sticks - Tuna and crackers - High protein milk (Rokeby Farms or Up n Go) Aim for snacks that give you 10 to 20 grams. 5. Build Your Meals Around Protein Instead of asking what carbs you want, start with your protein source first, then add everything else after. This mindset alone fixes a lot of the guesswork. 6. Don’t Stress About Shakes Protein shakes are genuinely useful. They’re quick, tasty, and help you get 25 to 50 grams in without thinking about it. What’s one easy protein source you want to add more of this week? Let me know in the comments.

Incredible Luke! Fabulous work!! 👏
Alright! The last 8 weeks have been…
🔥 Massive. (Fat Loss Accelerator Challenge) From the very first check-in to the final weigh-ins, you guys have shown what consistency, effort, and teamwork actually look like. Whether your goal was fat loss, strength, or simply showing up when you didn’t feel like it you guys did it. Over the last 8 weeks we’ve seen: ✅ New PBs across the board ✅ Mindset breakthroughs ✅ Habits built that are going to last far beyond this challenge This isn’t the end, it’s the launchpad for what comes next. Use what you’ve learned here to keep that momentum rolling into the next phase 💪 I’m seriously proud of everyone who gave it their all. Starting With… 🏆 Challenge Winners @Luke Green – has shown consistent effort every single week and is now much closer to his fat loss goals despite dealing with injury. True definition of commitment and resilience. @Cathy Pank – not only at least 10kg down overall since May, but she’s constantly pushing herself to achieve big things, including taking on City2Bay and The Bloody Long Walk. Unstoppable. 🎖️ Honourable Mentions @Jessica McKenzie – down 1kg but has built significant muscle and strength in the process. A perfect reminder that progress isn’t just about the scale. @Lochlan Bradshaw – down 4kg this challenge and continues to push himself through some seriously tough sessions. That kind of grit doesn’t go unnoticed. @Madissyn West – down 5kg while still giving herself permission to enjoy meals out and time with friends. A great example of balance leading into a phase of performance rather than all out fat loss What’s next?… There is only about 7 weeks until Christmas. And from now until then will be a period of working hard. I want to run another challenge now that there are more people in this community than ever before and I want to hear from you guys as to what the challenge should be. I have a few ideas already but I’d love to hear from you guys too

Congratulations Luke and Cathy for winning the challenge and kudos to everyone else for joining in and all your efforts! Perhaps a strength challenge where you give us a single full-body workout at the start and we write down our weights we managed, throughout the challenge we work on improving those exercises and at the end we can compare what weight we managed to get up to? We're not competing to see who can get the heaviest weight, I don't think that would be fair, rather how we've each increased from what we could do at the start.

Another challenge completed.
I've done it! I've run/walked 42km in One Foot Forward to help change lives. I've had an injury setback so it wasn't easy, but I've helped fund crucial mental health research and support services at Black Dog Institute to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide... so it was worth it! Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far, it means so much and your support kept me going throughout the month. If you haven't had a chance to support my challenge yet, there's still time! Well done, Luke! Amazing work, especially with an injury setback! Supporting a great cause 👏
Finishing strong
Finished the challenge with one of the toughest events I have ever been a part of. Walking 35km for the Long Bloody Walk from Carrick Hill House to Glenelg, to raise funds for the Mito Foundation. Supporting people affected by mitochondrial disease (mito). Enjoyed the challenge of achieving my goal and supporting the cause.

Awesome Cathy!! That is a BLOODY long walk! I'm sure you were absolutely knackered at the end of it but what an excellent thing to do and a brilliant way to end the challenge!
