I’m a new homeschool mom to a 7.5 year old. We are in our first year of homeschool and trying to figure things out still. We spent this year building her confidence back up and just finding our family rhythm. We are looking forward to bringing school into the kitchen in a more intentional way and beginning our sourdough journey. I have baked a couple of loaves but I haven’t prioritized continuing the journey. We will need to start our journey by making a new starter so if anyone has suggestions for how to create the starter and keep it alive we would greatly appreciate them! I’m looking forward to learning more with you all!
