@Nathan Vedder I have found that meticulous meditation practice has helped me. Learning my body, my essence and my core through meditation has been greatly beneficial. I had to do a lot of mental, emotional and spiritual cleansing, with the aid of EMDR and a very open minded therapist, I gained tools to help in meditation. I truly believe meditation is key in unlocking your spirit from your body. Hope this is helpful and of course merry meet

@Nathan Vedder good luck with raising a boy and i wish for you a swiftness in restful nights. I have not had the privilege of raising a child from infancy but i have helped many sleep limited parents during this process and I wish you well and I promise that a time will come when sleep becomes better.

Cleansing. in whatever method finds that suits you. Broom: take a dedicated cleansing broom and start at the door you use the most. Sweep everything (it doesn’t have to be literally sweeping, but full coverage is important, closets, cabinets etc) and sweep everything out the door you use the least. Set out a salt line and burn a white citrus candle, brush off your hands and banish what remained. Incense/Sage: light whichever your preference and use a fan, feather or your hand to allow the smoke to reach every nook and cranny. (I like to do this after a good sweeping). You can browse around different sites for rituals that you feel best suited for you and your new home. I will add that I sweep and sage while the house is still empty and then again once everything is in place to reinforce it. Hope this is helpful, merry meet and blessed be.
