RSD - a free resource 🥰
To help you understand what Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) is and isn't (without being overwhelmed with too much science stuff), I've put together this little document. Let me know what you think! 💖

Thanks for this document Amy, I genuinely could relate to all of it and that’s something I could never say before. I just thought it was me, who I am and my anxiety, not realising or ever hearing of what RSD is and means. Jess ❤️
✨ Unmasking ADHD: What’s Me… and What’s My Mask?
Hi ladies 💗 Before I finalise tomorrow night’s session, can you comment below if you’re joining us? 🕖 7pm UK time One of the most common questions I hear in 1:1 coaching is: “I don’t know what’s me… and what’s ADHD.” And underneath that question is something much deeper. • Was I always this anxious? • Is my quietness real… or learned? • Do I actually like being organised… or am I terrified of being judged? • Is my confidence authentic… or a survival strategy? Unmasking isn’t about blaming ADHD for everything or stripping away your personality. For my clients (including this brilliant group), it's about gently untangling: - Adaptation - Trauma responses - People-pleasing - Perfectionism - Hyper-independence - Burnout - And your actual core self We’ll hold open space tomorrow for: ✨ Stories ✨ Challenges ✨ Wins ✨ Identity shifts ✨ The grief that can come with late diagnosis ✨ The freedom that can come with self-trust This session will also be incredibly valuable for parents/carers of young women with ADHD who want to understand how masking develops — and how to support without reinforcing shame so invite your friends and colleagues if you think this may be useful to them. Comment below if you’re coming so I can tailor it to the room.
