I will get some videos of Dekota and gravy meeting she is an absolute sweet heart and loaded with no issues very excited to meet her and let her and Dekota get to know eachother a bit more

Dekota did good she stood to let me pick out her foot then we had an extra challenge which we did not plan for and she passed cleaned her hooves with the pick when i get to the right she i dont know if she loses balance or if she get a fright when the sand or something touches her and pulls away but the ultimate test was when we didnt see the branch on the sand and her leg got held up with the branch and she stood like a champ this is closer to the end if the video so two wins today definatly progress i did not expect her to remain that calm when her leg got stuck it just shows we are doing soemthing right yaaay

It is sad to say she has gone lame in front due to having a lack of farrier visits but thus update aint all that sad we are making steady progress tho i wish i had more time before she started going lame hopefully to prevent it i was not so lucky we are at the point where she allows me ti pick up all fours with almost no problem other than balance but i need to get a farrier out ASAP and she still scared of the brush on the hoofpick so we shall see how this goes i can do sedation but that is alot of money and i feel like there might be soemthing else i can try before sedation to help her be ok with the farrier just taling off the pressure points its not about perfection its abiut her being confortable again for movement not for me but for herself pick of me cleaning her foot i can puck it out but once she hears the brush its a no any afvice pic of her being a good girl and the pics sent to the farrier note she was also scared of me even bringing the phone close enough to take pics but allowed it with some time today i picked it up an dcleaned it for the third time and she only lost balance twice without movement we cant work on balance and it obviously sore to put pressure on how can i help her note this is the third time EVER since she had her feet cleaned let alone picked up but its urgent

Dekota the og is is the defuinition of a project pony right love her to bits and now her friend Gravy is coming in 4 days gravy is younger by a year and a few months as much as i love dekota i love Gravy too I am aware horses need a companian and Dekota as sweet as she is I feel both are suited for what i want or am planning to do in their own way but it feels like I am in in way over my head ive troed more than one youngster but that was for clients both of them will be my own I feel like I am gettign overwhelmed and afraid I cannot train both at the same time or give equal attention to training they are both on ver different levels of training gravy is further in groundwork shes been worked with at a younger age from birth to now and dekota been left till she was 3 and only started working with her 2 months ago I do not have help where I stable so I am on my own any way or advice how I can approach this I have cronic depression so I cannot work with a strick schedule because some days I dip and have limited energy I took this into consideration when getting gravy but now that she is almost here its hitting me hard and advice how to train two youngsters without gettign oeverwhelmed with no help whatsoever

i am making plans to get my girl gravy it would've been sooner the 15th that gravy came so dekota's friend and the guy who was doing the tranport is very well known and has good reviews but hes a creep he harrased me will not go into details so now i have to make another plan how do i handle this i have a friend helping me trying to get transport sorted on her side aswell for gravy and the time the prevuious owner is leaving is march at the latest so i have time buit im just so stress its an 11 hour drive i couldnt find what I was lookingfor in my areamy friend suggested looking further i did and found gravy biut now its the probelm of getting her to me I am in south africa so only thing is AHS bit shes movign to a free area/controlled so its not that big of an issue if i were moving her to thta side it wouldve but trucks are full and dekotas already been alone for two months so i dont want her to get too lonely or depressed shes never been alone befroe coming to me and she refused older horses or donkeys even minis i braugh for company so this is the final plan a yearling thats bigger but respectful so younger but has manners what do i docan she stay alone till march thaughts ideas
