Bio: Busy Mom of a 15, 13, and 2 year old, preschool teacher, wife, and student. Need to get this baby weight off and rebuild my strength.

Bio: I am from Texas and am 54. I work a lot of hours and spend a lot of time commuting, so I'm excited to find a workout that can be done in 15 minutes.
