YOU CAN DO THIS!
I was in the room with Mel Robbins this week and I wrote this down and couldn't stop staring at it: "I know I am meant for more. I am stuck, yet I know I need to move." If that sentence just hit you, here's what she said next: Being stuck doesn't mean you're broken. It means you were moving, and somewhere along the way you got lost. That's actually a sign of someone who's been trying. You might already know what the next step is. Someone might even be telling you. But no one can take the action for you. One action changes everything. Not a plan. Not a perfectly timed moment. One action. Count back from 5. Move. What's the one action you've been sitting on? Please drop it below, sometimes just naming it out loud is the move.

@Tara Dunn I think that joining toastmasters was in the works this whole time, you were just waiting for it to come down the pipeline. Next phase loading....

Thank you @Paige Major for sharing your expertise with us (you have many)! Today was full of great suggestions when it comes to the way we show up with/without AI! Take a listen if you were unable to be with us! And.... we had a very SPECIAL announcement about our call in June! Cannot wait to share more!

Today we discussed something that may be held back because of fear or a story we are telling ourselves to play small. We went over how to combat that feeling with courage and leaning into confidence. Please take a moment to listen and connect with someone that you feel similar to. Remember, we are NOT alone and we are here to encourage one another.

Loved rewatching this call. @Tara Dunn and @Noelia Cole thank you for the sweetest words of encouragement. I love you both.
If you had one opportunity...
If you had one opportunity to show up for yourself in a BIG way, what would it be? Think of what podcast you would be on, whose stage would you want to be on, would you have your own stage, is it showing up on social media as your authentic self for the first time... It can be ANYTHING!

The first thing that comes to mind is being a guest on Blake Mycoskie's (Founder of Toms) new podcast, No Magic Pill. Check it out if you haven't! I would love to have a deep conversation with him about how I spent years helping women change their bodies, and how eventually I realized the body was never the real issue. It's disconnection from your true self. The pressure women carry to hold it all together, the identity loss that can happen with marriage and motherhood, and often times it's the stored trauma. It is literally just one ask away. One text message but that fear! And I am not ready I need toastmasters first! Lol! So let's go!!

Also, taking my own advice I said this loud and proud out into the universe so... it has been spoken!
Update on Do What She Loved
Hello Everyone. Well... My health and the work needed to work on wrapping up within my business because of it, has me WAY behind in sharing my about the event. :( Truth be told, I am a little nervous because my lack of time in sharing is showing in the lack of registrations and/or RSVPs. Here is some more information: For those of you local to AZ (and even those not), I wanted to share an event I am having in honor of my mama - who passed away at just 60 years old in 2021 after a battle with Early Onset of Alzheimers. All ticket "sales" are directly through the Alzheimer's Association, assuring every dollar goes to them. Food, mocktails, candy bar, a few vendors, lots of clothes to take home (whether you bring any or not), and designer handbags and jewelry being raffled off. It would have been my mom's most perfect girls night. ❤️ I would love to see you there. https://events.alz.org/fundraisers/nicolekuck/dowhatsheloved2026

This is beautiful Nicole! It sounds like your mom was so fun and what a great way to honor her legacy. I'm going to see if I can make it work to attend, but if not I at least have some higher-end items I can donate. I'll be in touch!
