The gurus and thought leaders all say, " start with purpose or your why". I'm gonna tell you that's nice but it doesn't give grit to where you are sometimes. Start moving, Start paying attention to the interactions you enjoy. Play with taking time on tasks you enjoy doing and look for the threads of why. Even if you are able to immediately grasp why... Take the time to expeiment and be curious...

It isn't there to be catchy. To be clear it's a declaration of demanding experimentation. Does it work demands experiential knowledge. I am asking you, have you tried it yet? Can I borrow the idea and try to recreate it. Can we disprove it's usefulness instead of trying to label it's degree of usefulness?
