Im printing my second test Danni today, working my full time job, making cheer sticks for a couple moms and my birthday party! What’s yall weekend look like
One thing I’m already seeing is the lines are pretty noticeable on the mouth. Any tips on what I should try adjusting to help with that? I have a Bambu P2S
@Arricka Sanders in bambu studio, the top center bar you'll see one button that looks like various height rectangles, that's the variable layer height menu. It'll bring up a box with sliders, and a vertical bar on the right side. If you have 0.2mm set as standard for your layer height, the bar on the right will have a line in the middle signifying 0.2 layer. Hovering your mouse along that right side vertical bar will highlight the height segment of the duck. for example, If you left click it'll reduce layer height, right click increases. On the main center box you can adjust the slider for both quality/ speed, and one for smoothing. Takes a little time tuning, but you can really dial it in if you don't want to use the standard lower layer height settings
@Arricka Sanders what are the following set to: - walls - Infill percentage - Infill type - New layer height - Speeds(inner, outer wall, and the infills, support speed and type) - Filament types used
Has anyone had any luck on using glitter filament? I tried and it completely clogged my nozzle so bad I had to just replace it. What printed was pretty but wondering if it's worth trying again with another filament or just using Mod Podge.
I've used this on my p1s with the 0.4 hardened nozzle to make hair claw plates. Needed to run it a little on the slow side and extra thickness(also ironing worked out well once I got through the prototype phase, picture for reference) for white specifically, but I'm thinking of trying the other colors they have
