I am just starting out but am having a hard time determining what my market is charging. Do you normally just charge a flat rate fee or a set up fee and monthly hosting. I would prefer to charge a flat rate but I cannot justify the idea that if I cancel my account, my customers lose the tour they paid for.

Can you add a feature of a video hot spot ( which we can edit the corners and drag the edges and fix on a TV say for example ) with an option to play / off on click on the video.. it will give a feel of switching on/ off the TV
