Hey everyone! After about 2 months of interviewing I finally accepted a new role! It’s crazy how this process has shown me what my true values are and the potential for my career. I was so on the fence about this job because it felt like a lateral move but the company and role have shown me that my growth opportunities are so much greater than my current job. Thanks for all the support and question answering, particularly @Tamara Gordon @Mifraz Ghouse and @Arjun Chowdhury when I was weighing the pros and cons.

...thanks to @Carla Leininger for showing us Notebook LM on Tuesday! I met someone in November at Afrotech; she is a senior UX Designer and has her agency. Since then, I have followed her on Linkedin, both herself and her company. Earlier this week, her company posted about how they "hired" a UX Design Intern. I commented and congratulated the intern while asking if they also support UX Research Interns. Through this post, I also injected a bit of my personality by ending my comment with "Asking for myself 🙃" Well, she replied to my comment!!!! 🔥 She wanted to learn more. Yesterday, I sent her an InMail. I thanked her for taking the time to respond and shared my Personal Podcast.
