I thought I would introduce myself... Hi, I’m Jess — energy healer, coach, and ICU nurse of 12 years. I live in Sydney Australia but origionally from Montreal, Canada. I help heart-led healers and spiritual entrepreneurs who feel exhausted and overwhelmed reconnect to themselves, regulate their nervous system, and build deep self-trust so they can create impact, full time income and beyond doing what they love, and a freedom based lifestyle through the Akashic Records, without burnout. I used to be the one who gave everything away. Poor boundaries, constant people-pleasing, and a nervous system stuck in overdrive. I followed the “safe” path into nursing, but deep down, I knew there was more. Everything shifted when I chose to trust myself — even before I felt ready. That decision led me to fully commit to my growth, my healing, and my purpose. Now, I live and lead from alignment, intuition, and devotion — not hustle.
