You will definitely be able to accelerate your work using AI for webdesign and graphic arts. I just saw a presentation that a professor from Wharton made to many of my associates. He first showed them his work from a year ago where he had ChatGPT (3.5) provide him with ideas for a new business. He then had it give him various code for a website and graphics and content. It all took about 30 minutes for the whole process. Then he showed his newest process which uses ChatGPT 4.0 and an agent he created to go through all the steps he'd gone through manually. It tool less than 3 minutes. Amazing stuff.

It IS happening fast. SO much faster than the period during the introduction of the internet and websites. The time around AI development is like that of a black hole event horizon. As you approach the horizon, time accelerates. 1 week is equivalent to a year...then 1 day is equivalent to a year.

I'm just running a 3 year old HP laptop with I7 and 16 gb ram. No high end graphics card (i wish I had one). The software I found is LM Studio. (https://lmstudio.ai) It allows you to download models from the LM studio community. I think you can also download from hugging face. the models range in size, some are very small. (https://lmstudio.ai/models). I haven't used it extensively, but have been fairly happy with results related to text activities (writing poetry, stories, answering basic knowledge questions).
