What a deal. When studios offering asana for $130 a month, for $19 you can get live classes and a library of older classes to do at your own pace with like minded individuals who practice other limbs of yoga like Ahimsa.

Also when signing up had an amazing session with David and re establishing a routine to get me back to my mat daily.

As a 500hr yoga teaching myself not only able to enjoy every class taken so far, they also have meditations to enjoy and help clear your mind & bring you home
