Website built for Adelaide Hills Concreting as part of my Digital Property Portfolio (rank and rent sites).

I created an automation to identify trade service businesses without active websites and push them to a list in ClickUp. I then created a number of agents within ClickUp that will review, rate and rank each lead in priority order for contact, provide some context around the lead and suggest angles to pitch when conducting outreach.

Claude was able to scrape hundreds of data on real estate agents in my city including name, phone numbers and emails (where available), region, office location and social media links. Amazing!

I've been previously creating these newsletters but this class has taken it to the next level.

Looking for advice on how to get pass the gatekeepers. Why is this so hard lol!?
