Companies want to hire from Clief Notes. So we're building this.
Been sitting on this for a few weeks and figured it's time to show you. ๐Ÿ‘€ Over the last month, three companies have reached out asking the same thing. How do we hire people from Clief Notes. They've seen what folks here are building with ICM and they want that on their teams. Not LinkedIn AI experts. Not Coursera grads. People who can actually ship. So we're building it. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ talent.eduba.io Heads up, that's a demo. No real backend, no signups, no live data. Click around and you'll see what the full thing is going to be. A private platform where you list yourself with a real portfolio, companies browse, and they request an intro through us. We make the intro. You take it from there. Few things worth knowing. ๐Ÿ” Every profile gets reviewed by the Eduba team before it goes live. The quality bar is the whole point. ๐Ÿ”’ Companies don't see your last name, your employer, or your contact info until we make a formal intro. You can block your current employer too, plus five more companies if you want. Nobody you don't want seeing you sees you. You can list as actively looking, open to offers, or not looking. Passive welcome. Honestly most of the strongest people we've trained are employed and plan to stay that way until the right thing shows up. That's fine. Sit on the platform, see what comes through. ๐Ÿ’ฐ When a placement happens you get a $500 to $1,000 bonus after 90 days in the role. On top of whatever you negotiate. We pay you for staying. This is why the community matters. Companies aren't asking us for resumes. They're asking us for the people who already get it. ICM, agent architecture, knowing when not to use AI. That's not on a LinkedIn profile. Go click around. Tell me what's missing, what's confusing, what you want to see when the real thing ships. We're already building it. ๐Ÿš€

Looks like i'm gonna be in your internship program (with pay) after all @Jake Van Clief @Matthew Creamer
I'm dumb. Here's proof.
I was today years old when I realized I did not have some of the most important files that you need in the folder structure that Jake teaches. During today's video call with the VIP group, he went on a deep-dive rabbit trail about the ICM folder methodology that he teaches in his foundations course (free). As he was discussing it, I went to check what my root folder looked like and I did not have a Claude.md or context.md file!!! My productivity skyrocketed ever since I implemented his folder strategy over a month ago, but little did I know that I hadn't even implemented it correctly. ๐Ÿคฏ ๐Ÿคฏ ๐Ÿคฏ This goes to show that massive action beats over planning every time!

I should have shared this win! Claude Code Access...
I was sharing our community with our senior developer/director and telling him that what weโ€™re doing here is going to change how we structure things in the company and create better results using Claude Code. Iโ€™m currently part of the lead team developing the companyโ€™s AI assistant model with multiple structured agents and layered analysis systems designed to support precise sales and marketing execution. I told him that I couldnโ€™t really afford an enterprise-level account for Claude, so I havenโ€™t been able to fully test everything Iโ€™ve been learning here as a VIP member. He spoke with the higher-ups and secured a 5-seat plan for me so I can continue applying what Iโ€™ve been learning, help the business grow in the future, and train the team using @Jake Van Clief notes...

@Stephen Shishko Yes, I am. Iโ€™m building a complete system right now that wonโ€™t just help the company, but also create new opportunities for me to work with multiple clients through everything Iโ€™m building, since theyโ€™ve also allowed me to use it based on my own needs..

Eduba Website Redesign
EDUBA @Kay K has had the challenging task to redesigning my Company website to fit the folder and Unix theme. It may seem odd at first but as you scroll down through the site you will see the influence of traditional and fundamental structures, the simplicity of it is what I love. Figured I would share this here and share his hard work as I love the idea of making a website folder based, because as you know, I love my folders. EDUBA

Looks great! I'll definitely add this type of website functionality with my full marketing playbook agent.
Crazy n8n Idea Built in Under 24 Hours
Crazy how Jakeโ€™s method worked for my use case. I added n8n skills so it can work with 400+ nodes depending on my brief. I also added Supabase skills, trained it to learn new things, evaluate each node, and even act like GitHub for n8n. It literally saved me a month or more while building this n8n workflow bot with Supabase for multiple chat platforms like Telegram, Google Chat, and more. It also includes bot admin features where I can manage which reps have access to the other bot. The n8n workflows built with Claude can process files, let users chat naturally, answer questions about uploaded files, accept file uploads, and analyze multiple files at the same time. Compared to the vector store approach, this feels way more advanced because it can handle multiple data sources at once using an expert-level Supabase setup, with everything built through Claude. At first, I only built the command center to solve one problem: What if I have multiple clients? How can I switch which client projects i'll be working and access their credentials easily in one click without telling Claude which client project this belongs to? But I ended up taking it further. Now it lets me monitor everything, add new clients and client app credentials (e.g supabase, telegram, etc), and whitelist which workflows each client has in their n8n accountโ€”so those are the only ones the app can manage. Adding more feature once I have extra time but IT WORRRKS LIKE MAGIC! Got Super LAZZYYY creating this workflow from scratch but sometimes a simple idea turns into something much bigger once you start building.

Just follow the basic. For this I have db, workflow, .claude/skills/supabase & n8n folders. each folder have their own dedicated CONTENT.md except .claude, and CLAUDE.md in the root.
