I didn't know my 1st comment posted. The low self-esteem comes from my mental fragility, a few of my past lowlife experiences...I'm sure the self-esteem stems from the conception I have of my appearance with my asymmetrical eyes even though everyone has asymmetric features.......of my awareness of the layered masks of vanity that seem impossible to exfoliate.

@Casey Lee that's nice for you to say. I have to contact that Vance Thompson eye place to ask what is possible. Exercise helps and I'm doing that. :-) I did see a post of mine on Facebook from years ago that reminded me how sweet attempts to continuous prayer were. How it made me feel at peace inside and outside of myself. There is a gentleness I've admired if its mingled with a higher self-esteem. I attach the wrong attributes way to often to esteem. I've felt dirty....ashamed loud when I become more self involved.
