Bio: Hi, I'm a former crossfitter, and I started during COVID because I was gaining weight. I stopped in June of 2025. Looking to build strength again.

Bio: Former CrossFit athlete (2016–2018). Marriage, kids & life slowed me down. Time to take control again and get strong again.
