For those working on your first (or next) unit, what is the next step for that acquisition? What is the next thing that you need to work on to get there? What's your biggest holdup?
My bottleneck is certainly my customer service team. The training process (or trainer perhaps more likely) is just not fully ironed out and it has shown. I think I'm choosing to delegate the roles (and not just the tasks) before they are ready. And it seems to be an issue of consistency. Growth is steady but slowed due to my involvement in the "everything role".
