VA Tasks To Do Right Now Before Busy Season 👩‍💼
What are some things you are having your VA's or office managers doing right now to help you prepare for the season? Here is a quick 5 action items on what we are working on: ✅ Collecting deposits and approving repeat business. Updating any designs for repeat clients. This gets repeat clients in the Que and ready to be scheduled once all crews are running for residential clients. All commercial clients are being followed up with via phone call to update on scheduling. Zoo is done, rolling in Franklin this week, and now talking with city of Indianapolis on timeline so they are ready for us come beginning of the second week of October. ✅Creating custom 5 arounds for each repeat client we acquired in 2024. Previous years already completed. This is GOLD. Can dive into details in a group call. ✅Following up with ALL open leads from 2024 (especially commercial clients). This is done via text message and emails. We will target these open leads all the way up to middle of November automatically. ✅Notifying all pressure washing clients season is coming to end on X date via text message and email. Perfect time to make sure everyone knows we offer Christmas lights. ---> offer Free Design and quote to clients ✅Reviewing SOP's for sales process and updating as needed. Key thing here is to have a level 10 meeting with your team if you didn't already do so at the end of the season last year and review wins, losses, opportunities, and strengths you can work on this year!

First Group Call Thursday September 25th at 9pm EST
What's going on everyone! I was able to reach out to almost everyone today and go over the plans for this course. As I mentioned on the call, I am only able to take on 5 people for the weekly 1-1 calls but the entire group will be able to access and join the weekly group calls! The invites to join that meeting will be sent to the emails you guys used to set up your skool account. And the 5 people that will be selected for the weekly 1-1 calls will be notified by Friday this week. Some of the big pain points I heard today talking with everyone was their sales process (residential & lot of commercial questions). Happy to dive into what some of our strategies we use to take on large commercial jobs and systemize the residential sales machine in the first weekly call. Drop some other topics you'd like to cover or questions you have so we answer those as well on the first group call! October will be here before you know it!
