Non believer serving in Kids Ministry
Hi! I am 1 year into my role as Kids Coordinator at my church and I just had my first application come in to serve in kids ministry who is not a believer. They believe a lot of the core beliefs of the faith and have a strong desire to raise their children in the faith. She says that she just isn't quite there yet when it comes to her faith but she desires to. Our pastor just did a sermon on serving and she said she has a better understanding of serving and wants to use her love for kids to serve in kids. Have others encountered this? How did you navigate it?

As my sweet friend, Angela mentioned, I would find ways to open a discipleship relationship with her.I would be strategic with where I place her in serving in Kids ministry programming. Moments where she’s hearing the gospel compared to teaching it. Then find a way to ask what she observed today. We are always entering into discipling relationships with people.

Curriculum change
Looking to connect with anyone using Amazing Life (orange) curriculum. I am looking to make a change from Grow to Amazing life and just looking to chat with anyone using or previously used.
