#7 is definitely one I need to work on. I am getting better at not being so reactive and thinking things all the way through.
So you ever feel like you are the ONLY one holding it all together??
The go-to. The fixer. The one who steps in - because if you don’t, who will? But here’s the truth: There’s a fine line between helping… and holding others back ❤️ Are you showing up as the HERO - or the LEADER? The hero steps in to save the day. The leader steps back to build others up. The hero solves the problem. The leader builds the system and empowers others to solve problems and create growth - not just once, but consistently. The hero is often driven by urgency and ego (even the good kind ❤️). The leader is driven by vision and trust. The truth is, many of us start as heroes. Because we care. Because we can. Because we want things done right. But if you stay in hero mode, you’ll burn out. Worse - you’ll hold back your team, your business, your family. So what do you do when you catch yourself stepping in too much? → Ask: What would a leader do here? → Pause before rescuing. Empower instead. → Let others try, even if they’ll do it differently than you. → Shift from doing to developing. Leadership isn’t about being needed. It’s about making others capable 🔥 If you want sustainable growth - in life or business - you have to know when to step in… and when to step back. Not every problem needs a hero. Some need a guide. Others need a system. And sometimes - yes - they need YOU, fully present and leading from the front. The key is knowing the difference. Because real leadership isn’t about doing it all - it’s about doing what’s needed: for the moment, the mission, and the long game. Let go of the cape 🦸‍♀️ and step into the kind of leadership that multiplies growth 🌟 Drop a 🔥 if you feel me!!

🔥 Yes, that is the place I am in right now with family members. They need to learn how to help themselves more and get that knowledge so they grow.
Tip for Tuesday!
If you see someone working to improve their life, cheer them on. We never truly know the battles others are fighting, and a little encouragement can go a long way. It’s never too late for someone to change their mindset, their habits, or their future. Anyone putting in the effort, no matter how big or small the steps deserves respect. You don’t have to fully understand their journey to offer a kind word or a smile. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to give someone the strength to keep going. Words carry weight. Use them to lift others up. And to those who are pushing towards that break through whether it’s in your health, fitness, family, finances, relationships or your faith…. Whatever it is, just remember this! We Fall, we rise, we stumble, and rise again. Trip, crawl, stand, move forward. Over and over and over, until you’ve got nothing left but the will to take one more step. And when that’s gone? You drag yourself anyway. You don’t stop until you’ve given every last piece of yourself to the fight.
