Hi, I'm Jer and I'm just starting my ugc journey. I've been in customer service for years but I've always wanted to do something on my own. I have tried a number of things over the years and while some worked for a bit I never committed because I never felt like it fit my vibe. But as I am learning and growing the idea to do ugc came to me and after researching, I really feel it will allow me to really be myself, instead of "acting" as expected.
