I had put on a lot of weight after a period of ill health and was struggling to get back to the gym. Prior to that, I was going to the gym regularly and trying to eat well but I still struggled to lose weight and I had come to the conclusion that menopausal women can’t lose weight! AL Active has changed all that. The structured exercise programme has helped me build back my fitness month by month. The meal plans have helped me balance my meals and manage portions and I am now losing weight!!
