first off, i want to thank every one of u that has shown up in this space given to the community engaged connected & helped create the most badass group of nurse coaches on the planet as many of you know already, i am going through a major pivot right now the TDLR: i am shutting my current biz down & am co-founding a software company with my wife & a developer (that we actually met here on Skool!) (more on that here) that being said, I will not have the same kind of energy, capacity, or attention to give this community moving forward the next few months will be dedicated to me focusing on CATALYST, building the new company, & going on my honeymoon (finally...after a whole year!) but... y'all know I am really big on community so i still want y'all to be able to connect !! some lifelong friendships have come out of this space, & I don't want that to stop just bc I'm pivoting so... I'm curious to hear from all of you do you want to be able to still have connection to this community? would you be interested in a WhatsApp? I want to share a question that can help you shift your clients straight into the magical land of inspiration and possibility (aka, where all the good stuff happens). Here's the question... "𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝘆, ‘𝗜’𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁! 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿,’ 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲?" Bonus points if you have them describe it in present tense like it’s already happening. After they answer, you can follow-up with "What did you have to overcome to create this reality for yourself?" This isn’t just about goals... it’s about locking in the vision as reality before it even arrives. It's about creating a compelling future for your clients that motivates them to stay the course.
