Good morning! I am very new to On Demand. I am wondering if I have access to everything I need to get started...so far I have access to qualiphy, intake q, new solutions pharmacy, Olympia, and premier. I think I am missing Medline access is there anything else I am missing ? Also is there additional clearance or education for peptides that I need personally besides what was in the on boarding? I see that we have the protocols in the manual. What is everyone structure for how they offer them, what they charge, how many vials do they need for cycles, follow up and lab monitoring. do you make up your own protocol or outline to follow based on what was given in our packet? how do you keep track of when the pt is due for labs, follow up.....etcWhat pharmacy do we use for the peptides? so many questions. Also with the IV protocols. Can we offer what is in the protocols and then offer suggestions for ad ons? example we have the hangover protocol but that can also roll into a headache iv infusion of we added toradol to the bag. Just offer it as a suggestion for them ? Or would I have to use the headache relief option ? I was trying to think of another way to offer it without the side affects of being so drowsy, thank you!!

Good morning! I am still in the fist week or so of going through all of the material I completed the on boarding videos but needing to get launched here in the next three weeks. I am trying to understand the workflow of everything and the process. From the pt booking and onward. What forms do they need for me to provide? Or is this all in intake q or qualiphy ? Once they make the appointment do I have to send them a link to intake q ? Thank you. Would in person training be helpful with this ? or can we just post questions in this thread as we go ?
