Your favorite stacks?
Hey ladies! I'm looking for your favorite stack to optimize body composition? I'm already somewhat lean and lift 4-5 times a week. But I wanna look ripped if I'm honest! Just started Sub-Q Testosterone (Total was 40 and Free was 2.9) and Mots-C. What are your favorites for building muscle and staying lean? Or am I going to see results with starting the T? Thank you in advance!

@Shawna Fenwick My goodness. That is quite low T, you definitely need! My doctor had suggested it 2.5 years ago, but I was working to optimize thyroid and she could only prescribe cream. Every time I did the cream, I gain a bunch of water weight and hate it. Now that I got my thyroid humming, I have a different provider and I’m starting injections. Your levels are way low. I doubt they will hesitate to prescribe.

@Shawna Fenwick That does make sense. They gotta be in balance. Progesterone and Testosterone are typically the first to go. Estrogen last. If you’re using E & P, it’s very likely time for T. I take a little progesterone during the 2nd half my cycle. Not sure if I need it every month. I’m 42, so every month is a new situation. Ha!
Pre-loading a weeks worth of syringes?
Do people pre-load their syringes for the week? For example, if you are running KLOW blend daily, is it ok to draw up your weeks syringes and then have them loaded and ready for pinning in the refrigerator away from light, etc. or do people load their syringes every day? Are some peptides okay to pre-load and some not? Is there a best practice?

I preload for my husband, 5 at a time. I draw mine the evening before my am injection. I’ve heard several long-time users prep syringes for the week and keep in the fridge if needed. Seems like it works for them and it increases compliance.
