Not wrong. But just… routine. And I get it — we’re busy, we’re tired, we’re doing our best. But we’re also shaping lives. Every single day. So I want to ask you something a little deeper today: ✨ When do you feel most alive in your classroom? ✨ What was a moment recently where your students were REALLY engaged? ✨ And… what’s one tiny thing you’d love to change or try next? And let’s make this a bit more personal… 1) 💭 Who was a teacher that changed YOUR life? 2) What did they do that you still remember? (I’ll go first in the comments 👇) This isn’t about being perfect.
