A little teacher check-in 💭 (real talk)
Hey teachers 💛 I read something today that really stayed with me… and I want to turn it into a little moment for us here 👇 Have you ever finished a class and thought… “Wow… I kind of just taught that on autopilot.” Not bad. Not wrong. But just… routine. And I get it — we’re busy, we’re tired, we’re doing our best. But we’re also shaping lives. Every single day. So I want to ask you something a little deeper today: ✨ When do you feel most alive in your classroom? ✨ What was a moment recently where your students were REALLY engaged? ✨ And… what’s one tiny thing you’d love to change or try next? And let’s make this a bit more personal… 1) 💭 Who was a teacher that changed YOUR life? 2) What did they do that you still remember? (I’ll go first in the comments 👇) This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about staying awake as teachers. Because what we’re building here — in Teachers for Peace — is not just classes… It’s connection. It’s confidence. It’s hope. And sometimes all it takes is one small shift 💛

Hey teachers 💛 If you’re new here and thinking about teaching with Teachers for Peace, the best place to start is simple: 👉 Join one of our free live classes on the TFP Learners Hub Before teaching, just come and experience it. Sit in, observe, feel the space, meet the students. This is how we begin — not with pressure, but with connection. You’ll see: ✨ how our classes flow ✨ how we create safe, supportive spaces ✨ how language becomes more than just learning — it becomes connection From there, we can gently help you step into teaching when you’re ready 🤍 You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need a full plan. You just need to show up. 👉 Check the calendar & join a class there- Dm me if you are not in the Global Learners Hub I’d love to see you in a class soon 💛 — Jennifer

🌍🌷 Hello beautiful educators and volunteers — happy last day of March!
Today feels like a little turning point. Spring is here, Easter season is beginning for many, and around the world so many people are still carrying uncertainty, grief, rebuilding, and hope all at once. In times like these, communities like this one matter so much. Teachers for Peace was built on the belief that education is more than a lesson — it can be stability, kindness, connection, and peace. So today, I’d love to hear from you — wherever you are in the world. Please say hello in the comments and share: - your name - where you’re joining from - what you teach or how you’d love to volunteer - one word for this season: hope, peace, courage, renewal, growth… or your own 🌱 If you’ve been quietly reading, this is your gentle invitation to step in. You do not need to do everything. Even one class, one idea, one introduction, one encouraging comment can make a difference. Let’s make this space more connected, more supportive, and more alive together. 💛 🇮🇷 Farsi (Persian)

Welcome to this space 💛 If you’re here, it means something brought you to teaching…and something brought you here. Teachers for Peace started with one question:How can we help? And it has grown into a global community of teachers showing up—for students, and for each other. But this isn’t just about classes. It’s about connection. It’s about sharing. It’s about not doing this work alone. 💬 Let’s start with something simple: 👉 Why do you teach? Not your subject. Not your job - tell me your REASON :) I’d love for you to introduce yourself in the comments and share 💛
✨ Welcome to the Teachers for Peace Educator EcoSystem
I teach because I believe education can change how people see themselves—and each other. Teachers for Peace started with one small action…and grew into something I never could have imagined. Since then, I’ve seen what happens when teachers show up—not just to teach English, but to create space for students to feel safe, seen, and heard. And I think that’s what keeps me here. 👉 I’d really love to hear yours. 🥰
🌍✨ Happy Saturday, Educators for Peace community! ✨🌍
Tomorrow we begin a new week of classes, and it also happens to be a very special day: 🌸 International Women’s Day 🌸 Teachers for Peace has always been a women-led community of educators, built by teachers from around the world who believe that education can create connection, dignity, and peace. Tomorrow feels like a beautiful moment to come together again as a global community of educators. Whether you have been teaching with us since the beginning, joined more recently, or are simply curious about getting involved again — you are very welcome to join us. 📅 Two Meetups Tomorrow (Sunday) 🔹 Educator / Volunteer Rally + Updates 🕥 10:30 Spain | 11:30 Ukraine 🔹 International Women’s Day Circle + Community Meetup 🕖 19:00 Spain | 20:00 Ukraine 📍 Zoom links are posted in the Educator Hub We’ll reconnect, celebrate the incredible women educators in this community, and share a few updates about what’s ahead for Teachers for Peace. I’m also excited (and a little emotional) to share that: 🇦🇫✨ Tomorrow we will officially begin the Teachers for Peace Afghan Chapter. For those who feel called to support or get involved, we’ll talk about how educators can help as this new chapter begins. 👇 Please comment below and tell us: 1️⃣ Which meeting you can attend 🌅 Morning / 🌙 Evening / 💫 Both 2️⃣ Where you’re joining from 🌍 3️⃣ How long you’ve been part of Teachers for Peace ✨ Since the beginning / Recently joined / Just discovering us It would mean a lot to see some familiar faces tomorrow — and to welcome some new ones too. Teachers for Peace exists because of educators like you. 💙🌍
